However, in order to ensure information security, after we receive your request, you need to provide your account number (mobile phone number) to verify your identity. After successful verification, we will cancel the account within 15 working days. After you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products and services that rely on account login. When you delete information from our services, we may not delete the corresponding information in the backup system immediately, but we will delete the information when the backup is updated.
